Human Rights Policy
The company supports and abides by the basic human rights principles such as the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the International Convention on Human Rights, the United Nations Global Covenant, and the International Labor Organization's Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work, as well as the laws and regulations of the locations of its global operations, including human rights In accordance with the spirit of human rights norms in the Code and international labor conventions, a "human rights policy" is formulated to protect the human rights and rights of all employees (current colleagues, contract and temporary personnel, interns, etc.). The Human Rights Policy Announcement is well known to all employees and posted on the company website.
Allied Supreme Corp. draws up the human rights policy to protect the incumbent employees, including contract employees, temporary employees and interns. We also expect our suppliers and contractors to uphold the following principles to protect human rights:
1. Abide by local labor and environmental laws and regulations of operations to ensure the proper working conditions and a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.
2. Create a work environment that provides equal opportunities for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment on the basis of race, nationality, age, gender, marital status, political party, religion, etc.
3. Prohibit forced labor and child labor.

5. Establish unimpeded labor-management communication channels, including a grievance mechanism, and conduct investigations immediately and take corrective measures in case of violations of human rights.
6. Relevant human rights policies are also clearly stipulated in the company's recruitment and appointment management methods, and salary reviews are conducted in accordance with the principle of equal pay for equal work, and aboriginals and people with disabilities are equally employed.
7. Regularly review and evaluate relevant human rights systems and actions.
